Why this mattersAfter experiencing her parents’ divorce and feeling disconnected from her peers at school, Zoe Fulse has developed into one of our pioneering filmmakers and a camp counselor. With support through The Bluest Space Film Intensive, she discovered a safe space to express herself, build confidence, and hone her storytelling skills. Her proudest moment in the program was “helping others while learning from her mistakes and improving her craft.” Zoe is now excited to see where her filmmaking journey will take her!

Our next chapter begins in Accra, Ghana, where we will launch The Bluest Space Gold Venture, a global expansion of our flagship filmmaking initiative. Through documentary storytelling, youth will gain the tools, mentorship, and creative space to share their experiences, strengthen their voices, and tell stories of resilience, creativity, and hope. An initial investment of $20,000 will establish the foundation for this work, supporting program facilities, filmmaking equipment, administrative infrastructure, community partnerships, and the operational capacity needed to launch our first international cohort. We are inviting Founding Funders to help launch The Bluest Space Gold Venture, a global storytelling initiative empowering the next generation of creative leaders, globally. Together, we can amplify youth voice, advance emotional literacy, and create new pathways for connection, healing, and opportunity through film.
